The series 120 separator with the Directional Blade™ internal is the most practical and efficient way of removing water, stones, pipe scale, and rust from natural gas, process gas or steam. The 120 has a small shell diameter, making it cost-effective.

The Directional Blade™ separator internal is advanced technology in velocity control, flow direction and centrifugal force. It removes 99.9% of 5 to 6 micron size and larger of entrained liquid droplets and solid particles.

Traps can be replaced or repaired without shutting off the main line. Never shut the main steam line down. Also, a strainer protects the trap for longer life against pipe scale, sand, and grit.

These units are shipped on a pallet, with a properly installed trap, ready for installing in the line. This eliminates improper field installation.
