Steam and Air Separators
The series 120 separator with the Directional Blade™ internal is the most practical and efficient way of removing water, stones, pipe scale, and rust from natural gas, process gas or steam. The 120 has a small shell diameter, making it cost-effective.
The Directional Blade™ separator internal is advanced technology in velocity control, flow direction and centrifugal force. It removes 99.9% of 5 to 6 micron size and larger of entrained liquid droplets and solid particles.

Gas Scrubbers with Vane Internals for efficiently removing liquids from natural gas, process gas or steam.
| Vanes: Liquid slides on vanes into pockets and drains to bottom.

| Completely Piped Separators
Traps can be replaced or repaired without shutting off the main line. Never shut the main steam line down. Also, a strainer protects the trap for longer life against pipe scale, sand, and grit.
These units are shipped on a pallet, with a properly installed trap, ready for installing in the line. This eliminates improper field installation.
